Judah L. Magnes Memorial Museum records, 1962-2006.

Much of this collection pertains to the Museum's founding and history and contains correspondence; minutes and by-laws of the Museum's Board of Trustees; photographs, blueprints, and floor plans; and information about the acquisition of its collections. The largest part of the collection, however, documents the history of the Museum's programming and individual Museum exhibitions. As a result, much of this collection takes the form of research notes; posters; announcements; press releases; and exhibition catalogues. Other parts of the collection contain information on the Museum's Women's Guild, its docent program, and on its Institute for the Righteous Acts.
